179 - Creating Effective Leaders - 5 Steps to Success in Your Organization

Session Description: Please join us for this moderated panel and small group discussion for C-Suite management, featuring 5 behavioral healthcare industry experts on the following topics: Staffing; Training and Development; Staff health and retention; Ethics; and Mentorship.
Each expert will give a brief presentation on their respective topics. Participants will then choose one of the five topic small group working sessions, led by that expert, to discuss the issues at hand, working together to find solutions. At the conclusion of the workgroups, one participant will present their work together with the assistance of the expert, to the other groups. In conjunction with this excellent opportunity, we are excited to launch the C-Suite Peer Mentoring Program at WSCAD, to assist executives in maximizing their return on investment at WSCAD. We will identify a group of 20 industry leaders willing to be peer mentors while onsite as well after the event. Workshop participants will fill out a questionnaire about pressing C-Suite concerns and issues. From that, they will be matched up with Peer Mentors. The peer mentors will support participants with one-on-one assistance and conference etiquette on Saturday June 2nd. Please join us for this amazing opportunity.
